registry?  Too bad it's not in a text file like kill files and 
mailing list files.  Then you could do a batch file like:

echo "ip.ad.re.ss/32 deny" >> accesscontrol.lst
echo "ip.ad.re.0/24 deny" >> accesscontrol.lst

I guess the kill.lst file is editable like lists.lst files. Haven't tried it.
