When it expires, just install again (no need for new download) and you
should get an additional 15 days.
Is there something you need help on (besides these questions), in your
evaluation?
Unfortuantely, I don't know the answer to your questions about the error you
are getting. Most Web Messaging problems can be caused by a few simple
things, so here is a quick list:
The web files themselves (the templates, as Ron said).
Location of web file and telling that to IMail (see the Web MSG tab and
TopDir).
Modifications to web files (done incorrectly, almost any error possible!)
Browser and settings (Java and JavaScript, in particular, needs to be
enabled)
After that, problems can be a bit harder to locate, but IMail makes Log
files (W2yymmdd.log) that can be helpful. If you look at date/time info, you
may see what was requested of the server, when the problem occured.
Lastly, the evaluation version is not always the most current version. So
there might be a small problem (in other words, if something were broken
with, say SMTP, that would certainly be fixed, but a bad button in a web
template, might not) with something, that is fixed in the released version.
You can use other templates with the evaluation version, so you might try
some of them out (and get to see what others have done), to see if they have
any effect on the problem. I can tell you that I have tried the same
operations in my IMail system and could not duplicate the problem. So, you
should not experience the problem in the current version.
