[IMail Forum] Invalid Folder problem.

Hi I am using IMAIL ver 6 (trial) on Win 2k. I have setup the imail system for external database (Access 2000). If i add users from the Imail administrator screen then there is no problem but when i add entries to the database externally (manually adding entries in Access) and then try to login the new user, it logs in alright but his/her folders are shown as "Invalid folder" in the web messaging service. When i send a mail to the new user everything becomes alright.   Please tell me whether i have to send a welcome message to new users always as soon as they sign up??   Any Suggestions are most welcomed.   Thanks Imran.
