The command line AddUser.exe bypasses this check, but does cause some minor 
problems later on for forwarding, web mailing and such.

If you wanted to add a user "bj" to domain "acme.com" with a POP3 password 
of "testpass" you could use this command:

adduser -h acme.com -u bj -p testpass
