In v5 of IMail 2 character user IDs work fine, but in v6 they cause havoc in
Web Messaging, you cannot check mail via the web.

The command line AddUser.exe bypasses this check, but does cause some minor
problems later on for forwarding, web mailing and such.
If you wanted to add a user "bj" to domain "acme.com" with a POP3 password
of "testpass" you could use this command:
adduser -h acme.com -u bj -p testpass
