Decked as in applied rifle but to head vigorously.   I'm not positive
before, but he and his female partner were pretty loud after.  I'm pretty
sure I know what they were saying too, even if I don't speak French.  Still
an armed A team is seldom questioned long or in detail.

    i will give the French credit, when they imported you the obviously got
the best.  Please keep posting advise and commentary.
