[IMail Forum] WEb Messaging vs. Outlook Express

we are having a conflict between web messaging and outlook express. if we make one 
work then the other doesn't. outlook express seems to want port 110 but if web 
messaging is enabled on 8383, then outlook can't connect and gives an error message.

Any help would be most appreciated.
