We are using Webshield from McAfee. It works great killing all the viruses
before they get into our Ipswitch server mailboxes. Price is steep: $4,600
,but it has already paid for itself consifering how much downtime our
subsidiaries avoided.
I don't know how much Norton for SMTP costs, but would imagine it should be
comparable.
Also, Mcafee recently introduced a line of antivirus appliances that look
like a router or firewall. Such thing sits between your E-mail server and
the Internet, catching and destroying viruses. I heard that their price
range is $5,000-$10,000
