[IMail Forum] Accentuation missing

under iMAIL 5.0

Some of our clients when sending e-mails via the webmail interface are
conflicted with accentuation problems !

é à ù etc... are just ignored by the system and stange results are given !!!
such has :

Voila le doc officiel ATOS : il s'agit du fichier d'installation donn=E9 av=
ec le package. L'un d'entre eux est le doc demand=E9 et en anglais.

Bonne journ=E9e, cordialement.

é is in the example here above replaced by =E9 at the recipient side !!!

What can I do to solve this out or what can I suggested them to do if it is
not a problem with iMAIL 5.0 ?
