Then as that 2nd SMTP server, run IMGate "out front" of the Imail + 
TrendMicro machine, keeping your TrendMicro software.

IMGate software is free, runs sufficiently for most people on an old 
"free" P200 with 64 megs RAM, AND will give you anti-relay defense, 
spam protection, mail bomb protection, harvesting protection, DNS MX 
invisibility to Imail, global filtering on headers and msg body (ie, 
catching not a few viruses before they reach Imail box), while 
off-loading all mail delivery to Internet from Imail to IMGate.
