I was installing PHP on my workstation and while setting up the extension in
IIS, I noticed that the .pl extension was running the executable instead of
the isapi version of PERL. As you probably know, this is a big no no if you
value performance. Of course, I use .pl for all of my PERL scripts so I've
been killing my server all this time. I changed it to match the .plx
extension and all is well now.
Anyway, I was wondering if others had made this same stupid mistake and
thought I'd mention it.
