Dan,

You would think that is how it works - but it isn't.  If you set default max size - it 
will not allow you to change any of the users size.  you have to do a global change 
instead.  As a work around during signup we have to change it in the registry.  I was 
hoping this would have been fixed in the latest patch - I don't think the bug has 
always been there - but it is now.
