Yes, it works fine. You may have to make some changes in your security,
though. If you are restricting SMTP relay by IP addresses, you may gave to
add that block of IP's to the allowed list. But that depends on the device
that you are using to do NAT, some attach the outside Interface IP to the
e-mail message where others attach the Internal IP address of the machine to
the message. You have to find out which way your device that is doing NAT is
working and make any appropriate changes.
