Make sure you have all the proper host aliases listed in the domain.
For example, if you're trying to go to http://mail.ThereDomain.com, make
sure you have Mail.ThereDomain.com listed in the host aliases. If you're
using www.mail.theredomain.com or www.theredomain.com/etc, make sure they
are *all* listed.
I've got a strong hunch this will help. :)
