I was wondering about that when I wrote it, since I thought I had heard that if 
someone uses SMTP AUTH, it would always send the E-mail.  But, I checked the docs, and 
it said that with "No Mail Relay", IMail would only accept incoming mail.  Looks like 
the docs need to be updated!
