I haven't received any comments about this one. Is this a problem that no
one has run into before?

Subject: [IMail Forum] SMTP / Web Messaging Problem
I am having a problem with one particular client. I have set up an email
domain for them and I have SMTP locked to IP addresses. This particular
client uses dial-up so they have to use SMTP authentication with Outlook to
send their mail. The client is able to POP their mail, but can't send out
mail. If I set up my Outlook on my higher speed connection, it POPs and
sends just fine using their accounts. Any timeout settings I can set to
relieve this or something else I am missing?
I set this same client up for Web Messaging which also works fine for all of
my other clients, but with the same dial-up connection it will let them log
into the web messaging and get the initial mail box screen, but any link
clicked on after returns a page not found. Any ideas for this one?
Thank You,
David Rainbolt
