Okay, let me see if I understand both of your problems.  You have multiple
domains that all share the same users?  i.e.:  [EMAIL PROTECTED] is also
[EMAIL PROTECTED], etc. and you are using the alias field in Imail to handle
this.  Now you have reached the 255 character limit of the alias field and
are stuck.

As one solution and IMHO a better solution, you need to create "virtual
domains" IP or IPLess in imail for each "alias" domain that points to the
same user directory as the primary domain.  All of these domains would then
share the same user's.  As a side benefit, if you ever wanted to break apart
a domain with separate users, you already have them built and can just
specify a new directory for that domain and create your separate users.
