If you are running both on the same machine, you will need to make sure
that IMail is listening on a different port (such as 2525), and that Norton
is listening on the standard SMTP port. Then, you need to make sure that
Norton knows to send the mail to the other port (2525). If you do that,
you should be OK (just make sure you are not an open relay now; most virus
scanners are open relays by default).

Since they have already bought it, they should at least try to get it up
and running. But, if they are looking for an easy-to-install and
inexpensive program to take care of viruses, they might want to check out
