You are a "DNS Expert" (tm) and I didn't think you'd "Dig" this site. Thank
you for the info, though. I don't know how many sites have their DNS screwed
up but I would venture to say that it is in the 75-80% range. The vendors
may have an excellent product to sell -- by hypothesis -- but they may have
to rely on their ISPs to set up DNS correctly if they don't screw up doing
it themselves ;)

Yours truly, a non-DNS-guru but learning slooowly...
