Thanks. I actually found the tool about 1/2 hour ago and will
give it a try. I think this guy's problem isn't that he is a spammer,
but that he has MANY sites for the same service, has people
sign up for info, and periodically sends that info out. Of course,
people forget and rant. In his case, he does deal with a lot
of people, so the 0.1% that forget end up being a big number.
In any event, we're trying to get him down to one domain for all
messages, and put in a better header reminding them it is an
opt-in, how they are involved/where it is coming from,
and not make it look like just a regular piece of junk mail.
