[IMail Forum] Imap Email Not Available

My MS Outlook Imail is not always available. Sometimes its there and sometimes not. Error says:

Message is no longer available on the server

Outlook Express is unable to retrieve the requested message because the server no longer has the message available.

...but later it will be available. Please help!!
