True, the external DB stores only those things needed for identifying the
user and not the other attributes stored in the LDAP database, which is
stored in the \imail\ldap directory. Sorry, I do not know of a way to
accomplish what you wish. The only way I can think of tat might do what you
want, would be to use the external DB with IMail, but use other tools that
collect the user data and place them into your DB and use a different LDAP
server that can access the external DB.
