The machines are for the fact that, as an e-marketing firm, we are moving to
5M plus emails per day and need more power and storage.  It will also move
our email off the DNS machine and provide for fault tolerance.

It must be nice to have funds like that, but I'm pretty sure throwing
money at yr pb won't fix it.  Your current machine is loafing at 8%
utilization.  The queue build up and slow deliveries are not CPU or
memory pb's.
