Hello,

What do you find is the easiest way to edit an MX record on a WindowsNT
Server box?

We're in a same situation with our declude.com domain. We have 2 MX records
pointing to our main IMail server, and a backup server. Our web host, that
controls our DNS, has an A record for declude.com that points to the web
server (which is kind of nice, and the standard these days, so that people
who forget the "www" still get to our web site).

Mail should *always* be delivered to our primary or backup mail server,
unless they are both unreachable, in which case it is acceptable for the
remote mail server to go to the A record. Unfortunately, recent versions of
IMail occasionally go to the A record first, so people get a nasty bounce
message that make it look like you've gone out of business.

Your options are either to get rid of the A record for domain.com, or add
your domain to the mail server running on that machine.
