My answer would be "with Bind". Microsoft has a tendency to over-automate, which can
cause all sorts of problems. Since what you see in their GUI isn't always what DNS
requires, you may think everything is fine when it is not, or you may think there are
problems when there aren't.
If you're stuck using Microsoft's DNS Server, I would recommend making changes with
it, and then checking them with other tools (such as dig or nslookup).
