There are two main ways you can accomplish this.  First is to go with an SMTP-based 
virus scanner, such as McAfee's WebShield SMTP.  The other is to get our Declude Virus 
software, which integrates with IMail and lets you use a standard desktop scanner 
(such as McAfee's VirusScan) with IMail.  Using Declude, you don't have to money 
around with the incoming SMTP ports (or DNS entries).
