We do have a number of customers that have a similar number of users. The
key though is the number of E-mails that are sent/received per day. If
you're not sure, we have a free program at http://www.declude.com/tools
called "Domain Lister" that can tell you.
FYI, Declude can be stopped/started without any delays.

No. We are doing some testing to see if that would be worthwhile, or if it
would be better to have the mail come directly to a second machine, where
the mail would be scanned, and then sent to IMail. If the mail is received
by IMail, and then sent to another machine for processing, it would double
the amount of traffic on the LAN, and would still use up some extra
resources. But, none of our customers have had a problem yet where they
couldn't run everything on one machine, so it isn't a top priority right
now.
