Well, registry changes can be done outside of clustering software anyway.
For instance, you may create a  batch file:

It will be used in combination with NT scheduler. It would copy Ipswitch
registry hive (or any other hive) at specified time intervals from main
machine to back up server. This is how I synchronize registry entiries on
some of my servers. I use reg.exe utility for this. If I am not wrong, it
comes from Resource Kit and is also available on the Internet.
