Do you know of any reason why mail gets stuck in the queue? When I launch
NT Task Manager and click on the Processes tab I notice that there are a
couple dozen smtp32.exe processes sitting idle (CPU and CPU Time = 00).
After doing an "End Process" to all the SMTP32.exe processes, mail in the
queue is still stuck. The only way to get them to process is to click on
Send all/send one button. Have any of you every experienced this problem
before? If so, what was the root cause and the resolution? The NT IMail
server sits behind an NT Proxy server.
Thank you in advance for you help
