So you have 2 domains in IMail, with 'gowebserver.com' in the name? I know
you have one, 'mailhost.gowebserver.com' and it appears that there is
another with just 'gowebserver.com'. If you do, the problem is your
configuration and possibly a name resolution issue, not IMail!
Here is a telnet session to your server that illustrates the 'problem':
