Jeff,
If you open the main.mbx file on the server, you can see the text of the
messages.
If you want Ipswitch to look it over, send (to Support!) a copy of the mbx
file, with a description of the symptoms and it can be checked out.
If you move all your other messages to another mailbox, then main.mbx will
be smaller and contain fewer extraneous messages.
You might even make a Rule so that email from NS goes to a separate mailbox
and its own .mbx file. That would be the most concise file you could send to
Ipswitch.
