Well, if you won't answer my questions (about the domain names in IMail), I
won't be able to provide much help!
I did not look in DNS and at the time of my last reply, didn't care what you
have in it. I need you to tell us what IPs are in use in IMail and how each
is configured. And if you have any IPless domains configured and their OHN.
I was communicating with IMail when I figured out you had 2 domains with
'qowebserver.com' configured (and I did not know or check for
'mail.gowebserver.com). If you do have that, then IMail is treating them as
separate domains as it should (assuming you have unique 'Top Directories'
for each domain), but that may not be (having 2 domains!) the 'best' way to
configure IMail. It could easily be accomplished on the mailhost1 domain!
And if you don't like that name, it can be changed to just the
'domain.name', easily!
As for it working for a few days, then not, that is consistent with having
'name resolution' troubles (this could be the above IMail configuration
problem [I'm almost sure of this!], and/or problems with DNS or HOSTS file
data [and this one is also very likely!]).
As for being able to get it going with the Queue tools, I'm not sure that is
really what is happening. If you did a few 'Send Ones', that would not cause
IMail to deliver the rest! That would occur when IMail started to process
the queue, in its normal timed operations. Maybe something else you did on
the computer prior to using the Queue tool, affected the resolving of
hostnames, at least temporarily. I know a restart can do this, but not sure
if other things can. I suspect playing with TCPIP settings, or maybe even
using some TCPIP tools, might have this effect.
