I usually run DIR command with appropriate switches to get a list of all
lastlog.in files in user directories. If the date on this file is at least
60 days old, I know that user hasn't checked for his mail for that period of
time, and, therefore, the account is dormant. Of course, if file doesn't
exist at all in user mailbox, that means that account has never been used.
