Mr. Dorman,
What follows is my opinion. I invite criticism.
Regarding your comment "It's amazing what one can find if they take the
trouble to RTFKB," I am taking that to be a form of ill-intended sarcasm.
If it wasn't (perhaps it was just light-hearted playfulness), then please
ignore these comments and advise me as such and I will apologize.
OK, I'll admit that I only did one search on the KB this time (then last
night I went back and tried a different term and got the results you got),
but I turned to the trusty old list because the last time I checked this is
supposed to be a friendly exchange of ideas and help.
I deserved a hand-slapping for not trying the knowledgebase more than one
way, but please don't think ill of anyone who turns to the list for answers,
as many people who just got IMail (as we once were) may use the list as a
first-line troubleshooter. We want these people to realize that this is a
friendly, helpful list; one that would definitely prefer you use the KB
first, but if they make a mistake and don't, let's not tell just anyone to
RTFKB (even if said in a light-hearted manner) unless it turns into habit
for them to ask questions solved in the KB.
Thank you,
Curtis Faulkner

It's amazing what one can find if they take the trouble to RTFKB.
