So the presence of the Message-ID is the problem? It is highly recommended by RFCs,
and virtually all mail clients (except spamware) adds it.

Ah, it's the information *after* the Message-ID that is the problem. That's not the
Message-ID. Assuming those are headers from an E-mail, and not part of your logfile
or something, that is a problem. The Message-ID line *should* exist, and should look
like the first line above. The stuff afterwards shouldn't appear though!

I did hear of a recent version that under some odd circumstance would combine part of
two E-mails, that was fixed in the latest version. You might as well install the
latest version.
