Yes. it's call relay hijacking, they use your server to send their junk.

"relay for addresses" and enter your ip's.
UNcheck "Disable SMTP AUTH reporting" so your clients' programs are
told by Imail that SMTP AUTH is available.
All other ip's wanting to relay through your Imail will have to do
SMTP AUTH before relaying.
