That is relatively easy.  Your TTL for that server appears to be one day.  That means 
DNS servers will cache the entry for up to 24 hours.  One day before making the 
change, you should lower the TTL to about an hour.  That way, when you do make the 
change, it will only take an hour for any DNS server to get the new IP address.

Changing IP addresses of DNS servers without downtime isn't trivial.  Perhaps Len can 
give you some advice on this.
