Hi all
I work in Banff Academy, a secondary school. We have an NT based RM Connect
2.4 network with approx 1400 users.
We're running Imail version 5.02 and we're getting the following error
message from Dr Watson for Windows NT:
An application error has occurred and an application error log is being
generated.
pop3d32.exe
Exception: access violation (0xc0000005),
Address: 0x0041067c
Our server is still sending and receiving mail but when users try to
download mail to their Outlook Express inbox the connection cannot be
established. This has happened two days running, both days round about the
same time (just after lunchtime). So far the only way I've managed to get
it going again is to restart the server. Our tech's are all as confused as
I am - nothing obvious wrong.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Anything gratefully received.
