If I recall correctly, the error above means that someone had been using web messaging
(they had been assigned the identifier Xaef3ce9c939ccb9b9bc806bb5133, so they *must*
have been using web messaging). They then timed out (spent over 12 minutes without
any activity). Then, they clicked on something (a link or a button), but IMail no
longer recognized their Xaef... ID (since they had timed out). The error message you
saw above occurs in this situation.
If you want to test this, you can log on to web messaging, wait an hour, and then
click on a link. You should see a similar error message in the log.
