We are not in control of our PTR or DNS records. When sending to a list IMail is
using the local host name as its "from name." The local host name it uses by default
is a combination of the machine name and the LAN neither of which are in our PTR or
DNS.
I need to change the "from line" of the list server or the host name of the IMail
program so that when AOL.com does a reverse look-up the "from" equals what is in our
PTR. What is the best way to do this?
