It's only recieving mail, not sending therefore all mail that the
backup recieves should be destined for users on the primary.  By using
accept for local users it would work.  If I send mail to you I don't
have to auth on your mail server.  And we already get that you love
declude so you can stop trying to advertise it for the love of god.
