See the thread with subject 'Windows 2000 crashing...'
Looks like you have similar symptoms, caused by IRQ conflict and/or bad NIC
or driver.
NDIS.SYS is also a network related driver.
Rather than replace the memory (which is not reported to be related to the
problem), why not try a different NIC?

Have sent two emails to Ipswitch, but not getting a response, even thought I
paid for the Service Agreement.
Tried the reinstall server three times with 5 different 256MB PC133 Memory
modules. Same hardwares are working without running IMail server.
Is there any setting need to configure to resolver this?
