I've brought this up before (both on this forum and with Ipswitch
support) but have yet to see a fix for it.
Imail 6.06 (and all previous patches) doesn't grep nested aliases.
As an example:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
--> [EMAIL PROTECTED]
--> [EMAIL PROTECTED]
--> [EMAIL PROTECTED]
--> [EMAIL PROTECTED]
--> [EMAIL PROTECTED]
The alias-within-an-alias seems to cause Imail to spit the proverbial
dummy and doesn't send the message to anyone on the alias. It will
simply sit in the queue forever; no bounce-mail back to the sender.
Anyone else seen the same thing / Know of a way around it / Know why
Ipswitch haven't fixed it yet? :)
