Hello all, I have been watching your responses to support requests, and many
of you are better than Imail's "Official" support. But now I am having a
problem. Any help would be appreciated.
I can send and recieve email if I use the FQDN of our IMail server which is
mail.nvws.net. Even though I have setup a host alias pointing to nvws.net,
it doesn't work. If I send mail to myself from an outside source without
the FQDN, it gets returned to me as undeliverable. Do you have any
suggestions? Do I need to make any changes to our DNS? Screen shots of our
