Thanks for the reply.

We are moving to a different drive letter. More specifically, we now have two drives set up - one for students and one for staff.  The drive for students is almost empty and the drive for staff is almost full.  I need to swap the files from one to the other.

Where is the tech note on how to do this?

First check the SPOOL directory. It could be filled with log files and old undeliverable mail. This directory can grow pretty quickly. You can use ISPLCLN.exe to clean up.

It's pretty simple there is a technote on this. You need to modify the registry if you move to a different drive letter. You also could just ghost to a large drive.

I've just inherited our IT department and I'm trying to learn some IMAIL administration.  PLease excuse me if this question seems too elementary for this listserv.
