We recently setup a newsletter that we want to mail to everyone in every
domain on the server. Mailall works ok except we want to send it out in
HTML format and when we try it we get weird results.
Is there a way to get make list to create a list of all email addresses on
the server? in all domains? I know you can do this one by one and then
append the resulting files but I'm looking for an easier way. Are there
other utilities available? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

there's an eval version you can try to see if it suits your needs.
