Rett Walters has a Utility called imu32.  it will create a list of addresses accross all domains in the imail database. (works only with the registry database).  it creates a users lst file, and also a password.lst file.  This file could be used for a mailing to all users across all domains.  I use the password list for back up purposes. http://www.martek.net  is the link to his site, and I believe his stuff is also listed in the Ipswitch site.   Just create a list in Imail, and import this output file to it, and you have the names you need.   Hope this helps.  One of many solutions available.   Mike -----Original Message----- From: John Smith [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Thursday, April 12, 2001 11:07 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [IMail Forum] Make List/ Mail All Hello, I'm sure this has been addressed before on this list but I'm new so here we go.    We recently setup a newsletter that we want to mail to everyone in every domain on the server.  Mailall works ok except we want to send it out in HTML format and when we try it we get weird results.   Is there a way to get make list to create a list of all email addresses on the server? in all domains?  I know you can do this one by one and then append the resulting files but I'm looking for an easier way.  Are there other utilities available?
