OK, then we know that the remote mail server is able to reach the IMail machine.  That 
means that either it is an IMail setup problem, or something is getting changed along 
the way.

The first problem is that there is no MX record for mail.paymentresource.com.  You 
*can't* send mail to it.  Since you have been able to send mail to it, you must be 
sending the mail internally using an internal DNS server.  You will need to add an MX 
record if you want to be able to send mail to @mail.paymentresource.com.

The second problem is that you are an open relay.  You should use the IMail SMTP 
Security option "Relay for Addresses", and enter in the "safe" IP addresses that your 
users may be coming from.  Since you allow relaying, I couldn't tell if IMail 
recognizes mail.paymentresource.com or paymentresource.com or both.
