>From the mcafeeb2b.com sit you can get a copy of the "VirusScan Security
Suite" for about $60 for a single license. That is the multi-platform
product - includes the *nix and NT Server versions. However, the licensing is
still a little murky IMO as to whether a single license is "legal" to run on
the server. A lot of Declude folks are using it though.

The best price/clearest licensing is with f-prot(www.complex.is). $20 will
get you the command line version. This is actually a DOS command line
scanner, but works great with Declude. F-Prot has a great rep in the AV
world, has gotten the last couple of VB100 virus scanning awards, etc. Only
down-side is that updates are not automatic, but writing an FTP script/batch
file to automate it should only take 10-15 minutes or so. A lot of Declude
users are using this as well.

I use both without problems.

I would stay away from Norton. The command line scanning is weak, and has a
lot of wholes when used with Declude. I know Scott has worked on plugging a
lot of the problems, but I just don't trust it. It's biggest problems are
that it doesn't return any exit codes, and can only have a single instance
running. Let me stress that these are NORTON problems, not declude problems.
Norton just wasn't designed to run in a batch mode.
