Dustin,
Ken is correct and I want to say that the user.txt file can also contain
only email addresses (last I checked they needed to be within <>), so a
simple modification to the file, will get you the unsubscribe capabilities,
too.
Be careful of extra (usually trailing or leading) 'spaces' in the file and
follow each address with a <CRLF> and things will work correctly.
